Commitment to Quality and Compliance

Renew Psychotherapy Center, LLC (RPC) provides continuing education and professional training in compliance with the standards, rules, and regulations of the Association of Social Work Boards’ (ASWB) Approved Continuing Education (ACE) provider program. RPC is fully committed to fulfilling all responsibilities required by ACE, which include:

  • Ensuring integrity, accuracy, and transparency in all training content.
  • Upholding instructor qualifications and licensure requirements in strict compliance with professional and regulatory standards.
  • Creating a fair, respectful, and professional learning environment for all participants.
  • Maintaining a clear and accessible grievance process to protect participant rights and uphold organizational accountability.

The Continuing Education Director, in collaboration with the Social Work Consultant and other designated staff, monitors all CE course offerings to ensure compliance with ACE standards. While RPC prioritizes proactive communication and responsive program oversight to minimize issues, we recognize that participants may, at times, require individualized support and resolution.

The Continuing Education Grievance Policy will be made publicly accessible on Renew Psychotherapy Center, LLC’s official website and included in all promotional or informational materials related to continuing education offerings. This ensures that every participant is fully informed of their rights, understands the procedures for submitting a grievance, and has transparent access to the policy prior to registration, during the course, and after completion.

By publishing the policy across multiple platforms, RPC demonstrates its commitment to accountability, participant protection, and compliance with ASWB ACE standards.

Grievance Submission Process

If a grievance arises regarding any continuing education program offered by Renew Psychotherapy Center, LLC, participants are encouraged to submit their concern in writing as soon as possible. To allow for timely review, the grievance should include the following information:

  • Full name of the participant
  • Mailing address and phone number
  • Title of the course in question
  • Date of the training
  • A clear and detailed description of the grievance
How to Submit:
  • Email: admin@renewdr.org
  • Mail: Address provided on www.renewdr.org

Grievances may also be submitted anonymously; however, this may limit the organization’s ability to provide a direct and individualized response.

Grievance Review and Resolution Process

To ensure impartiality, fairness, and objectivity, the following procedures will be followed:

  1. Initial Review – The Continuing Education Director will acknowledge receipt of the grievance within 7 business days and conduct a preliminary review.
  2. Collaborative Evaluation – The Continuing Education Director, in consultation with the Social Work Consultant, will review the grievance to determine its validity, scope, and appropriate next steps.
  3. Additional Consultation – If needed, other staff or subject-matter experts may be engaged to provide additional perspective and strengthen objectivity in the resolution process.
  4. Resolution Timeline – A formal written response will be provided to the complainant within 30 days of receiving the grievance. This response will include the findings and any corrective or remedial actions to be taken.
Potential Remedies May Include:
  • Adjustments or modifications to future training content or delivery.
  • Provision of an alternative course or training session at no additional cost.
  • Issuance of a full or partial refund (when appropriate).
  • Other corrective actions that address and resolve the participant’s specific concern.

All grievances will be handled with the highest level of professionalism and sensitivity. Confidentiality will be preserved to the fullest extent permitted by law and ethical guidelines.

Recordkeeping and Continuous Quality Improvement

All grievances—including the decision-making process, outcomes, and formal written responses—will be documented and retained confidentially for seven (7) years.
These records will be periodically reviewed by the Continuing Education Director and Social Work Consultant to:

  • Identify recurring concerns or systemic issues.
  • Ensure accountability in the grievance resolution process.
  • Inform programmatic or procedural enhancements that improve quality.
  • This ongoing feedback loop ensures that Renew Psychotherapy Center, LLC’s continuing education programs remain responsive, inclusive, and consistent with best practices in adult education and social work ethics.
